The First General Assembly of the newly formed Hubzilla Association. Open to the public.
Agenda:
1. Introduction to the Association and its elected officers.
2. Discussion and vote on member dues.
3. Discussion and vote on Association Member Code of Conduct.
4. Discussion and vote on Community Rules.
5. Discussion and vote on Changes to the Association Statutes.
6. Other Association Business.
If we have time, immediately following the General Assembly, the Association Executive Committee will briefly meet to adopt new Resolutions. This portion of the meeting is also open to the public.
Background:
The Hubzilla Association can into existence on November 29, 2023 by a unanimous vote of all who attended the Founding Meeting. At this meeting, the Association Statutes were adopted and the officers elected. The Hubzilla Association is a Swiss Unincorporated Nonprofit Association.
