The Fediverse is Quiet — Let's Fix That!

There are a number of "hard problems" facing ActivityPub development today. One of which is the oft-repeated refrain that "the fediverse is quiet". This is most often experienced when any given conversation might not be seen as the entire conversation. Julian explains why this is, and what the Forums and Threaded Discussions task force is planning in order to address this one "hard problem".
